New to Vahni?

You are welcome here.

When you arrive, leave your shoes and coats by the entrance and come through into the lounge. Settle onto the sofas, help yourself to a cup of tea, and take a moment to arrive. The studio opens about 15 minutes before each class, so there is time to ease in gently.

We keep things simple and keep the admin out of the practice space. Book your class online before you come, then simply sign yourself in when you arrive. There is no front desk, so nothing to sort out on the day: just come in and make yourself at home.

Your teacher will usually call you through when it is time. In class, they offer options throughout. On your mat, it is your practice: rest when you need to, and move at your own pace.

Some classes are for experienced practitioners, and some are great if you’re just starting out. Check the schedule or get in touch if you would like help finding the right fit. If you are new, our Introductory Pass gives you three weeks to explore and find what suits you.

What to bring

Bring your own yoga mat if you can, one you are happy to sweat on. Studio mats are there to borrow from the hallway. If you use one, give it a wipe with the spray provided after class and leave it on the rail to dry. There are showers with hot water if you need them, so bring your own towel and toiletries.
